Judie Toth MS, OTR/L, CHT

Helping Hands Rehabilitation L.L.C. was opened in 2004 by Judie Toth MS,OTR/L,CHT. Judie is an occupational therapist and a certified hand therapist who has over 20 years of experience treating patients with injuries to the upper extremity.

 

She attended Kean College where she received a B.A. in Psychology. She then went on to Touro College in New York where she earned a B.S. in Health Sciences and a M. S. in occupational therapy.

 

She has worked for several companies since then to gain diverse experience. Her former places of employment include: Centra State Medical Center, Hand Care Inc., and Healthsouth.

 

She is a member of the New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association and the American Society of Hand Therapists. She also attends monthly Hand Special Interest Group meetings with different surgeons to stay abreast of the latest treatment techniques and technology.

Carolyn Zabriskie MS, OTR/L

Carolyn Zabriskie is an occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience treating patients with a variety of diagnoses including neurologic conditions, traumatic brain injury, and orthopedics. She earned her BS in education from Mount Saint Mary's College and her MS in occupational therapy from Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education.

Pratibha Shah PT, BSC

Pratibha "Pat" earned a BS in Chemistry and Botany and a diploma in PT from Bombay University. She has over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist and has worked in various areas including home care, Montefiore Medical Center, Mount Sinai, VNA, Board of Ed, Sports Medicine Clinics as well as having a private practice in India.


She has worked for Helping Hands since 2011 and has appointments available in the evenings and Saturdays. She specializes in treating sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain with manual treatment pediatric through adult.
