FRIENDLY SERVICE AT EVERY VISIT
The first visit to any healthcare facility can be stressful but our friendly staff is here to help. Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. If you have a doctor's prescription or referral paperwork, please bring that as well. You may be responsible for a co-pay.
What to expect when you arrive
Your initial evaluation will take approximately 1 hour and may or may not include a treatment session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in and complete the necessary paperwork.
For subsequent visits you can expect sessions to last 1 to 1 and a half hours. You will receive instructions for a home exercise program, designed by our qualified therapists.
